Roy Hill Mine, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, is transformed into a singular large-scale artwork within the acclaimed Ultradistancia Satellite Fine Art series by Federico Winer.

Created from high-resolution satellite imagery, the work brings into focus the vast scale and graphic force of this mining territory, where extraction, infrastructure, and water systems inscribe a powerful geometry onto the land. Seen from above, the site unfolds not only as an industrial operation, but as a dense field of color, texture, and form.

Each piece is printed in Germany on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308g museum-quality photographic paper, in a limited edition of only 5. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, and is available with high-end gallery frame or acrylic mounting options.

Full Bleed Gallery Frame

Print is classically framed with a solid wood black or white frame under acrylic glass mount. Frame is 0.79 in. (2 cm.) thick all around; Paper used with this option is Fujicolor Crystal Professional Archive.

The frames complete and accent the pictures for a beautiful visual edge.

UV Acrylic Frame

This acrylic frame adds a studio-like professional touch to your decor. The acrylic photo print consists of a photo print laminated under a 1/16 in. (2 mm) ultra-transparent acrylic plate and sealed on the back with a 0,11 in. (3 mm) aluminium plate to provide extra stability.

The photo print is placed behind the acrylic plate thus delivering a unique depth effect. 

Frame Mounting

An Integrated Hanging System Comes Standard to ensure your design receives optimal exposure. When your framed print arrives, you can hang it up right away. The wall-mount is pre-installed on the frame and is included in the price.

ULTRADISTANCIA Limited edition artworks are printed, framed and shipped from the Whitewall Lab in Germany (whitewall.com), multiple winner of the Best Photo Lab Worldwide (2013, 2017, 2020) by the TIPA world Awards.
