In the mountainous heart of San Juan, the Gualcamayo Mine unfolds like a mineral scar across the folds of the Andean foothills.From the satellite’s perspective, roads, pits, and waste deposits reveal a composition of ochres, turquoise tones, and deep shadows, where the extraction of gold turns the land into a luminous cartography.
